Gelbmostler

Description

The Gelbmostler is a yellow Mostviertel pear, among the juiciest of the cider pears. The pears are washed and subsequently chopped in a grating mill. The resulting mash is fermented in a stainless steel container under temperature control; gentle distillation commences even before the fermentation has completely finished.

 

Serving recommendation

Our Gelbmostler Edelbrand is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C.
