Our Holunderblütengeist is very fresh and brilliant in the nose, reminiscent of springtime. On the palate one enjoys a pleasant interplay of fresh citrus notes, elderflowers and green tea.
Description
Mostviertel elderflowers are cut in the springtime then macerated in purest grain spirit. The mixture of spirit and blossom is then gently distilled. After a resting period of one year, the spirit is rectified with Urgestein water from our own spring to its drinking strength of 40% vol.

Serving recommendation
Our Holunderblütengeist is best enjoyed at room temperature, between 18–20°C.
